Meet the Team
Founder & CEO
Conrad has a long history of starting, growing, and fixing businesses...and playing hockey...and soccer.
He has been directly and indirectly part of hundreds of companies, including being one of the founders of Stratify. With more than twenty years of experience in home services businesses, Conrad excels in creating profitable and scalable business systems.
He has more than 15 years in the franchise space and was the original founder of Five Star Painting/Franchising. Conrad was also one of the founders of Franchise Foundry, and the founder of Stratify which are both incubators for small and emerging franchise systems.
As Conrad looked for ways to make operations more efficient across multiple franchise systems, he noticed a common flaw in the way service businesses and franchises did, and still do business. This issue was large enough that it resulted in hundreds of lost hours of needless work, and countless dollars of under-serviced lead flow. As a result, ClientTether was born.
Dave has been selling since he was 5 years old, and he was overwhelmed by a desire to buy some baseball cards.
Professionally, he has been selling and leading sales teams for 20 years.
Dave is currently the president of ClientTether, where he coaches franchises and small businesses on sales best practices and sales automation solutions.
Early in his career, he was drawn to the strategic side of selling through training, study, and some incredible mentors. Dave has focused his personal and team efforts on strategic selling best practices for the past 14 years across several industries, such as high-tech, learning, manufacturing, consulting services, avionics, career-tech student organizations, language services, and e-commerce.
Dave holds a BA in communications from Brigham Young University, an MBA, and a plethora of industry certifications.
He and his wife, Amy are both from Illinois and have 4 children, including a cancer-survivor and a set of twins. In his "spare time" Dave loves to coach baseball (including 5 different championship teams), read, and explore the outdoors with his family.

Head of Client Success & Implementation
Since the mid-90's Kurt has been working with small to medium businesses to help them boost their marketing and sales.
He and his wife, Nicke founded and operated Let's Logo for almost 14 years, and he has consulted with and worked for groups such as Jansport, College Kids, and Web-Op in business development for the past 15 years.
Leveraging his 20+ years of sales and business ownership experience, Kurt leads our client experience team. In this role, he helps our clients identify ways to streamline their sales processes with our lead response, client engagement, online reputation management, and other automation tools designed for small businesses and franchises.
It's difficult to find someone as driven as Kurt to help clients solve their business challenges with our technology.
Perhaps it comes from his years of being a father and husband or his relentless passion for BYU football. Regardless of where he developed his incredible patience, Kurt uses it to focus on helping our clients work through their questions and successfully deploy ClientTether in their unique environments.
