Lead Engagement & Sales Automation Event

Last week, ClientTether hosted our first lead engagement, sales, and marketing automation networking event at Labyrinth Reality Games. The event started with a bang! Then a thump. Then an, “ouch!” Seriously, a lot of people stumbled through several of the challenges. Our sources report that no serious injuries were sustained.

The purpose of this event was to have fun, share news of our latest release of ClientTether 2.5, and facilitate peer-to-peer best practice sharing about how they are using automation to increase lead engagement. After introductions and some initial networking activities, all our teams entered the Labyrinth.

After the labyrinth, Ken Doty from The Maids shared how his company uses ClientTether in their lead engagement process. The Maids is a home service/cleaning franchisor that is approaching 200 franchise locations.

Their franchisees receive a successful system of engaging, nurturing, and converting leads into long-time customers using the ClientTether platform and a mix of other technology. In addition to providing arguably the highest quality and most efficient cleaning services, The Maids provides an automated business model that helps their franchisees create a better experience for their clients.

Understanding how ClientTether's automation platform could scale with a business made a big impact on our guests. Because of the diversity in lead sources, including websites, social media, paid search and various others, many guests were interested to learn how using our fully customizable action plans create contextually appropriate automation. Additionally, having a safety net in place with ClientTether's lead engagement automation left our participants nodding and asking questions.

To wrap up our event, our CTO, Kent Hall, highlighted some of the new features of ClientTether 2.5. He shared our new streamlined processes for lead engagement, retention marketing, action plan creation, and dynamic tagging. He also gave some sneak peeks at our upcoming road map which received a few woots from our guests.

We are grateful for those who were able to join us. We look forward to hosting future events and hope you will come have some fun with us!
